As with anybody on the squad, I don't doubt for one second the love for the squad that Andy has.
I do however take issue with the nomination of Andy without it being put to other squad members to actually have a voice or demorcratic vote on who is installed as vice captain or captain for that matter!
this squad was built on the premise of there being nobody being above anybody else in the squad, as the rank is only to show experiance gained in the field of battle. A person being hand picked by one other person without the knowlegde of other team memebers is in my opinion a bad way to go!
This is not to say Andy does not deserve to be vice captain, but as a co-founder of the squad it would be nice to be informed of such or consulted at least!
